Congrats, Chris! I’ve felt that horrible dragging inertia even through the years of leading my own company. You know that as an independent design consultant I put my ass much closer to the fire and that is certainly motivating — the teams I now work for have adopted me as a colleague and hold me accountable to the budgets/deadlines I move forward.
